Therefore, we are able now to provide our customers new cuts of the Black Angus cattle breed, very much appreciated in Uruguay and Argentina, which provide a large meat tenderness and taste pronounced. They are: Ponta de Peito, Chourizo, Raquete and Miolo de Paleta.
The Black Angus cattle breed, which comes from Scotland, is specially created in order to provide an excellent barbecue beef, with a balanced diet and slaughtering age between 18 and 24 months.
